Once I disabled that it was no longer able to grab a lock on the SD Card, and was able to write to it fine. The issue is that you need to run Win32 Disk Imager "As Administrator" when you starting it. Oddly enough I just installed a new HDD in it about a month ago and I've been working through all the OS updates. Win32 Disk Imager Error 19 Windows...
