Did you try to "quickconnect" to any of your computers using ip address instead of server name? I tried the same subnet, double checked windows firewall, third party firewall, ensured gpos were not being applied incorrectly, etc... So based on that i think connection/trace/route to gateway is working. You may want to check the windows firewall settings on the server you are trying to RDP into.
